By downloading, installing, or using the app-myisb application or any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the app and services.
app-myisb provides a digital banking and personal finance management application that allows users to view account balances, initiate transactions, manage cards, and access financial insights. The service is provided "as is" and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at our discretion with reasonable notice.
You must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident in a supported jurisdiction to open an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
All payment instructions submitted through app-myisb are subject to verification and applicable transaction limits. We reserve the right to decline or reverse any transaction that appears fraudulent, erroneous, or in violation of applicable law. Transaction fees, if any, will be clearly disclosed before you confirm a payment.
All content, trademarks, logos, software, and design elements within app-myisb are the exclusive property of app-myisb or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You agree not to use app-myisb to engage in money laundering, fraud, financing of illegal activities, or any conduct that violates applicable law or regulation. Reverse engineering, scraping, or attempting to gain unauthorised access to our systems is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and legal action.
Your use of app-myisb is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We collect and process personal data as described therein and in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
The app and all services are provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. We do not guarantee that the app will be free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, app-myisb and its affiliates, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our aggregate liability for any direct claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or as required by law. You may close your account at any time by contacting support; any outstanding balances or obligations remain due and payable upon termination.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which app-myisb is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of material changes via in-app notification or email. Your continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
